These are a specialty. Firstly they are seasoned, and placed directly onto the sear plate over an open flame. Once they've achieved that perfect crust, they are then moved into the cook chamber of our 1,000 gallon offset smoker to bring up to medium rare (the only way it should be served) while being licked by smoke.

The spuds are delicately smoked with just that gentle kiss, fresh eggs are added and finally our house made dill & caper sauce. This dish has won over the hearts of many and is a perfect BBQ accompaniment.
A mixture of rice, beans & seasonal vegetables. Smoked. Of course.
Seared prawns, fresh mango, a little heat, a little sweet. This is an extremely refreshing side dish that pairs well with any other menu selection.
Man O' Man are these delicious. Almost a meal in themselves and many people have done just that.
These spuds are bathed in olive oil, salt & pepper and then smoked for round 1.
They then get halved, stuffed with bacon and specialty cheeses and allowed to rest. Then they get topped with a little more cheese, paprika and hit the smoker again for round 2.
This one's a favourite. A hearty mushroom pudding that has slowly been refined over time.
Featuring a trifecta of mushrooms, brioche loaf, splash of cream and a few other secrets you need to experience, this side dish warms the soul.
